So picking back up Heroman, we’re in for the ending of Skurgg invasion arch. A lot has happened, to build up not only to this finale, but what is going to happen in the next arc.
So after a temporarily break, I return to the word of blogging and K-On where…K-On being K-On, not too much has happened. The girls did show off a new song, but otherwise, their lives just continue to go forward.
Honestly, I haven’t really dug this evil-Tenshi arc. I liked the story better when it was more focused on revealing clues about the world and how people got there. The evil-Tenshi thing? Eh, feels a little too shounen for me. Me and clone stories, we don’t mix well.
I contemplated bundling the episode 7 and 8 posts together, since nothing major really happens in episode 7, except for the reveal to episode 8, but I haven’t bundled any posts yet, so what the hell. Might as well keep things going as is. Thankfully, I should be finally caught up and current by the next episode though.
Much thanks to all who’ve been checking out the aniblog tourney and participating. A congrats to my more than worthy opponent, JanaiBlog. And an especial thanks to everyone and anyone that cast a vote for me. I couldn’t have won without you. Wait, what? I didn’t win? Tied? A tie? For real? Yep, for real! So what now?
Wow, for a show where death is played up for laughs so much, I’ve been really impressed at how its still been able to use it in powerful, dramatic ways.
Actually it’s Kanade. And she has the voice of a tenshi (or better known as Kana Hanazawa). And she looks so megas cute and helpless- oh god, I’m such a slut. A couple episodes ago I was fawning over Yuri, then just last episode it was Yui, and now Kanade.
Looks like its finally time for me to get up on the chopping block that is the Aniblogtourney. I’m facing off against JanaiBlog, under the radar pros with a really cool podcast series, who are actually beating me pretty handily so far.
So I’m testing Mikotoism ‘s tourney strategies (or whatever -ism it is these days) to turn that tide.
Well, not really, but let’s say a character she was voicing was. Would you consider that a world with no God? I would think not.
So in the first three episodes, there’s been more musical performances than there were in the first full season of K-ON. What do I think of that? Hmm… KyoAni, you lazy bastards!
AIC PA Works is kicking your asses!
