Who are you?

Ever watched an ero-anime without the ero? Welcome to Sengoku Otome ~Momorio Paradox~.

Yeah, I already forgot her name.

Oh my god! Let me just start off by saying how nervous and excited I am to be doing my first post at Rabbit Poets. I certainly hope that it’ll set a positive tone and a leave good impression of me!

You know the really hot girl in the promo art? She’s dead within the first episode. We can go home now.

In ways that Star Driver will never be…

hanasaku

Hanasaku Iroha is very misleading from the prior impressions I had of it—it is much darker then I had anticipated. The series is a slice-of-life/drama series that at the moment is heavy on the drama. There is some humor, but most of is funny in the schadefreunden sense.

Scamp didn’t really like the first episode, but is going to continue watching Wandering Son. I liked the first episode, but am going to drop the show. Explain that to me momma. And also explain how the traps always get the girls? I’m just saying.

What do you mean there’s no ~de geso~ in this?! All I can hear is Ika Musume’s voice ringing in my head… Kore wa Zombie desu ka? ~de geso~… ~de geso~… ~de geso~…

I think the death knell for a mystery is to have unintelligent writing. You can get away with bizarre plots and unlikeable characters, but the writing has to be smart. It has to stay at least one step ahead of the viewer, otherwise the brilliance of the detective extraordinaire will be for naught.
